Duration of shipment

Your order is dispatched on business days within 48 hours after placement.

Delivery will take:

With USPS to the US/Canada 5-10 business days**.
With UPS to the US/Canada 2-3 business days**.
To Europe about 5-10 business days**.
To South America 5 to 25 business days**.
To Africa from 10 to 30 business days**.

**Please note that deliveries are delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis. In some cases shipments may take up to 4 weeks.

Only UPS can guarantee transit times at this moment. Please select UPS at the checkout for rapid shipments. (48/72 hours, weekends excluded) Make sure you include your phone number as UPS requires it.

Shipment status

We understand that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible. Therefore we ship all orders on business days within 48 hours after the placement.

For US customers, you can track your order directly on the USPS website. We will send you the link to track your package.

Please note that very often USPS updates the status from 'Origin post is preparing shipment' to the actual status of your package after the package has arrived in the US.

You will see a delivery date once the order is in the US.

FindOutFromHome.com ships worldwide with tracking in discreet packaging, but does not, market, sell to or ship its STD test kits to Singapore.

Any delivery dates indicated by FindOutFromHome.com are estimates. If a delivery date is exceeded, the Customer will not be entitled to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise between FindOutFromHome.com and the Customer, for orders placed through the web shop, a maximum delivery period of 31 calendar days applies.

Unless agreed otherwise between FindOutFromHome.com and the Customer, FindOutFromHome.com determines the means of transport of the goods ordered through the web shop.
